Most of us don't know where to start so i am sharing a daily routine plan
DAILY WORKOUT ROUTINE:
1. You can start your day by taking either jeera after soaking it in warm water or green tea. This will help in boosting your metabolism by the helping the body clean the toxins.
2. Do some exercise in the morning like a walk or play some sports. I have found a fast morning walk / jogging for about 45 minutes to be very refreshing.
3. Stop the 3 meal a day plan and start taking short meals where you are neither full nor hungry for 5 to 6 times a day.
4. Don't skip breakfast. If you are already having breakfast than start something healthy like fruits / salad / cornflakes. I have found having an apple or 2 bananas to be adequate
5. Drink a minimum of 3 liters of water daily ( approx. 8 - 10 glasses ).
Following these guidelines have helped me a lot and i hope they will have also produce favourable results for you
